- Production of Items: All items in our shop are produced once an order is placed. This is done to minimize carbon emissions, physical product consumption, and materials waste.
- Returns and Exchanges: Due to the way our items are produced, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the items arrive damaged or defective. If you have any problems with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to determine the best solution, which may include a replacement item or a refund. In this case, we will cover the shipping costs for the return of the item.
